Hi, I’m Johanna, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Christian life coach who believes in the redemptive power of Jesus Christ, especially in the darkest valleys of life. My calling is to walk with women and families who are carrying heavy burdens; because I’ve carried my own.

At 17, I lost my mother to cancer. That loss marked the beginning of a long and painful refining journey. One that has tested my faith, my strength, and my identity. I’ve lived through what I call “layered suffering”: raising a child with special needs, navigating the daily reality of chronic illness both in myself and a family member, enduring parenting struggles that at times felt crushing, and surviving seasons of intense financial hardship.

Marriage comes with it’s own set of challenges. We’ve dealt with addiction and we’ve gone through moments when brokenness seemed louder than love. Unforgiveness became a battle I didn’t choose, but had to face. And like many of you, I’ve had to learn how to deal with difficult people who challenge the very grace God calls us to walk in.

And yet through all of this, I’ve seen God’s hand.

Not always in the way I expected. Not always when I wanted. But He has been faithful, holding me through every storm and reshaping me through every trial. His Word has been my anchor, His promises my fuel, and His love my constant invitation to keep going.

Out of this place of pain and perseverance, God gave me purpose: to help others navigate their own hard places. I coach from a place of real experience; not textbook answers, but hard-won wisdom, deep empathy, and Biblical truth.

If you are weary, overwhelmed, or stuck, I want you to know: you are not alone. God is not finished with your story. There is hope, there is healing, and there is purpose…even here.
